Hashim Tirmizi

Hashim is a master's student studying health economics anddecision science at UCL. He holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics fromthe University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He is interested inhealth-related decision-making. His MSc dissertation uses networks to jointlymodel the spread of influenza and the resulting vaccination decision-making inpopulations. His internship at the Centre for Global Health Economics involvesanalyzing the relationship between household food expenditure and chronicdisease in Bangladesh.
