Dr Paola Zappa

Paola is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Global Business School for Health, University College London. Her research interests lie in antecedents, dynamics and consequences of organisational social networks and informal collaboration at the workplace, with emphasis on hospital staff and interdisciplinary teams. Her recent work examines these topics through the "future of work" lens (e.g., multiple job holdings, remote working, AI-human interaction). She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Milano.
